I gave it 5 stars because it does clean the car pretty well, and it does what it's suppose to do. The only problem is the velcro. It's not strong enough. I wish the velcro would stick together much stronger. But other than that, I really like the product a lot. I get the car cleaned much faster and easier than the way I use to do it. No more bending over, I can easily reach the top part of the car. You can adjust the length of the handle, which I like. And it's curved. I've had other products like this one, and so far I like this one the best.
