I tend to wash my hands frequently because I work with art supplies, so I struggle with dry skin on my hands often, even more so with the chilly weather. This hand soap works great so far to keep my hands sufficiently moisturized, and the scent is faint yet pleasant. I’m not a fan of super strong smells, so this works in my favor. However, given how pricey this hand soap is, I don’t see anything spectacular to justify the hefty price tag. For $32, I can buy probably over a gallon of dish soap and lotion that would do just as well. No way do I see that kind of value in this hand soap unless it had gold or diamonds in it. If you’re someone who likes to spend on luxury items, I can see this being a decent buy. But if you’re someone who wants efficiency and function, then there are much better ways to more effectively use this kind of money. I’m leaving 4 stars since it’s not a terrible product, just heavily overpriced.Love this hand wash. It's moisturizing and soothing, and has a nice scent. I keep it at the kitchen sink where I do a lot of hand washing. It is moisturizing and helps keep my skin from cracking during the dry winter weather. The only negative is the high price.I order the Melixir Bare Hand Wash, Dreaming Youth scent more for the males in the house - they don't always appreciate my "girly" scents. I've been using it and am impressed. A small amount goes along way, it lathers & rinses well, leaves no residue. The scent Dreaming Youth, is supposed to be a fresh citrus. Guess that's why it reminds me of a furniture polish. To me, it is rather strong scented when it first comes out of the bottle. But once rinsed off, there really is very little scent on my hands. To smell it, I have to actually smell my hands, and even then, it's faint. The strong scent may bother a lot of people but again, not much left on my skin. If you need a "manly" type of hand soap for the males in the household, the Melixir wash will do the job.I got this soap in Dreaming Youth - Fresh Citrus Scent. It indeed smells citrusy, with some herbal/eucalyptus notes too. It lathers very well, rinses cleanly, and leaves my hands soft. The container has a "cool" vibe. Is it worth $32, though? Not in my opinion. At some point, soap is just soap.A little bit of this soap goes a long way. This soap does not leave my hands dry and has definitely lasted a good amount of time. The scent is also light and not at all overbearing. Overall I like this soap and would highly recommend it.I received Elixir Bare Hand Wash, Untamed Nature Calming Forest Scented Hand Wash for dry hands. And it is Vegan. It is very hydrating with green tea extract, ceramides, and pantheons to soothe as well as moisturizes. It has an Earthy fragrance that is of Sage and Vetiver with a hint of Cedar Wood. I keep this in my kitchen by the sink. Whenever I wash my hands they never are dry. I will use this daily. So I actually really like this soap. It's great for those who wash their hand frequently and as a result end up with really dry hand. This soap does not dry out your hands at all. I wouldn't say it's moisturizing, but it keeps you hands from getting rough and cracked from frequent hand washes. The smell is amazing. I love a good citrus scent and this one stick with you after you've washed up.Now for as much as I like it, the price is outrageous. For that price I would at least expect a glass bottle instead of plastic or double the amount. For as much as we use the soap in out bathroom, this bottle would last at most 2-3 weeks. Who can afford $60+ a month on hand soap!?I gotta say that I do really like the scent of this hand wash. It's very pleasant and pretty strong (in a good way). The pump works well and has held up for awhile. And while it's not a lot of soap for the price, the bottle we received has lasted a long time so far. It's very convenient. Just set this on your sink -- or wherever -- and go to town. If you don't mind paying a little more for hand soap, this is worth it. It smells great, has a nice lather and the hand pump works really well. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good-smelling hand soap.
