The item arrived from the seller on time and was in the original manufacturer's box. These comments apply only to the product. When I opened it I discovered that the seat cushion had several grease stains that could not be removed. I purchased the seat for the design and planned to have it recovered so I was able to work around it. The quality of the metal legs was abysmal. The welds were horrible and I cut my finger when removing it from the box. The paint on the frame was spotty and even had some rust showing on one leg. The assembly hardware was a different color and no attempt was made to flush fit anything. I have seen much better workmanship on kid's 9th grade shop projects and they didn't cost almost $200. Save yourself the money and look elsewhere.
